Kia Ora and welcome to Te Kanawa 4!!

My name is Shannon Sosich and am the teacher in Te Kanawa 4 (T4). I have recently graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Batchelor of Teaching and Learning (Primary). I am familiar with the school, teachers and students as I relieved casually for 1.5 years while finishing my studies.

Before taking up my studies I worked for a Security Firm as a Communications Officer, Bar Waitress on a Cruise Ship and Customer Services Co-ordinator at Castlcorp (RDC) before moving to Sydney and becoming a mum.

I have a four year old boy, Marley who attends Kindergarton during the day and we have almost been in our first home for a year now and have both become very keen gardeners and love to reap our rewards.

I also enjoy swimming and hope to at some stage swim competively again (just trying to find the time).

I look forward to my first year of teaching in a full time position and getting to know both students and parents.
